NEW! Play Production Class: Treasure Island
Do you have a child who loves to perform? Let us channel that energy into an exciting production experience! Students will meet weekly in a fun, energetic class where they’ll study acting while working on a play adaptation of the classic story of Treasure Island! They’ll finish the semester by performing their own fully staged production.
Ahoy, me hearties! Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic adventure is adapted just for kids. This brand new script is filled with pirating fun with exciting roles and thrilling adventures! This classic coming-of-age story is complete with a stolen map, pirates, swashbuckling battles, betrayal, and the infamous Long John Silver! There’s something for everyone in this classic story and we can’t wait to bring it to life on the FAPA stage!
**Rehearsals begin January 10th and performances will be April 26th and 27th.There are plenty of roles for all students who enroll in this production and this class is perfect for all levels of experience.
Tuition and production fee includes all instruction related to the class, production materials including costumes and props, a script and a cast t-shirt for each performer.
Wednesdays: 5:30-7:00pm (Tuition: $88/month January-April)
There is a $65 production fee due April 1st.
Acting Up!
One of our most popular classes, Acting Up is FAPA’s specially designed curriculum for teaching all of the elements of acting on stage to students of all levels of experience. Students in this class will enjoy creative acting games, improvisation, scenes, monologues, creative writing and story-telling geared specifically towards their age group! Parents will be invited to at least two demonstration during the course of the class to experience what the kids are working on! The class will run from the week of August 14th through the week of May 13th.
Mondays: 5pm-6pm (Tuition: $74/month August-May)

Musical Theater Production Class
Finding Nemo Jr
Do you have a child who loves to perform? Let us channel that energy into a year of great learning! Students will meet weekly in a fun, energetic class where they’ll study singing, acting and dancing. They’ll finish the year by performing their own full staged production Finding Nemo Jr in the spring! All who enroll will be cast in the show. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Tuition and production fee includes all instruction related to the class, production materials like costumes and props, a script and a cast t-shirt for each performer.
Finding Nemo performances will take place the week of April 15, 2024. The class will run from the week of August 14th through the week of April 22, 2024. Class meets once per week. Please choose the day/time that works best for your family as classes are not interchangeable.
